Restaurants

Team Eugene Aquatics partners monthly with area restaurants to host a "dinner out" as a team fund raiser. Family and friends of TEAM bring a coupon/flyer to your restaurant on a specified day, and a percentage of that night's sales goes to our TEAM Financial Assistance Fund.

- This is tax deductible for the restaurant, and the restaurateur receives business on what might otherwise be a slow night.

- Your restaurant's logo will be featured and linked from our "Friends and Sponsors" page on the TEAM Eugene website. Check it out!

Swim Meets

Team Eugene Aquatics hosts two swim meets per year: one in the summer and one in the winter. These meets attract swimmers from all of Oregon and our surrounding states. Businesses who would like advertising space in our heat sheet (handed to officials, coaches, and the families of roughly 600 swimmers) can help us by providing some of following:

- Reams of paper and other office supplies
- Awards
- Food for concessions and hospitality
- Propane and Grill
- Scissor lift
- Do you have something that might help us?

In appreciation for your help, we will give you a 4"x4" advertising space in our swim meet Heat Sheet. We will also announce your sponsorship to the team on our website and in our monthly newsletter. If you would like to purchase an ad, they are available for $30.

Annual Sponsors

Option 1: $400 Renewal: $300/annually

- Website Advertising
Your business will be featured on the home page of our Team Eugene Aquatics website with your logo and link to your business. You will also have space on our "Friends and Sponsors" website page to introduce your business to our membership. Word-of-mouth buzz, name recognition, and who you make contact with are important marketing tools for any business. We have over 130 families watching our TEAM website.
- Newsletter Advertising
Your business logo will be featured in our monthly team newsletter, recognizing and thanking you for your support.
- Swim Meet Advertising
Twice a year, TEAM puts on a swim meet for teams of the surrounding states. Your business will be given a 4"x4" ad (of your design) in our swim meet heat sheet. This booklet is reprinted every day of the meet, then handed out to officials, coaches, and the families of roughly 600 Swimmers.

Option 2: $600 Renewal: $500/annually
In addition to Option 1, you will also receive:

- Banner Marketing
Your business will be featured with a 3'X6' Banner (of your design), to be displayed in one of two locations: Sheldon Pool or YMCA Pool. This creates name recognition and high visibility for people beyond our swim team. The Sheldon Community Center has 130,000 visitors per year. That's about 11,000 'hits' per month. The Eugene Family YMCA has an active membership of 7,000.
- An 8x10 TEAM Group Photo
A TEAM photo for your office or place of business, recognizing our thanks for your support and serving as a symbol of your civic leadership and support for youth fitness- for YOUR business community to see.
- Tickets to our annual TEAM Banquet.

Option 3: $1100 Renewal: $1000/annually
In addition to options 1 and 2, you will also receive:

- Two Marketing Banners
Two 3'x6' banners will be made for your business and displayed at both the Sheldon Community Center AND the Eugene Family YMCA.
- One TEAM Shirt

$510 ($85 a month per season) direct donation to our TEAM scholarship fund.

Team Eugene Aquatics-YMCA is a non-profit 501(c) organization.
All donations are tax deductible.

Team Eugene Aquatics, in cooperation with the Eugene Family YMCA, is a year round competitive swim program that provides the opportunity for athletes of all abilities to achieve their ultimate potential with proper training in a positive, healthy environment.
